Personalizing Learning Through Schoology's Evidence-Based Instruction Tools

Log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity filling up

Standards. Common assessments. Differentiation. Parent communication. Teaching is getting more complicated every day. Attendees will learn to use Schoology's evidence-based instruction tools to become a master at all these complications while saving time! And then you'll apply what you've learned, setting up a system for creating and individualizing assignments, quizzes, and tests, attaching them to standards-based rubrics that fit your school's grading policy, measuring mastery, and communicating information with parents. Bring your laptop and at least one assignment to use as your "guinea pig!"

Objectives:
Attendees will be able to:
1) Create assignments in Schoology, including attaching materials and resources.
2) Individualize assignments.
3) Create standards-based electronic rubrics with ease.
4) Use rubrics to grade work, assess individual learning, and gather classroom-level evidence for adjustment of instruction, all in one easy step.
5) Communicate with parents immediately and easily.
