This session proposes faculty learning communities as a platform for sustained critical reflection and problem solving. Participants will engage in a live "faculty learning community" to solve real problems they experience in their own contexts. This parallels a model of faculty development designed to empower faculty to solve their own problems of practice at Lancaster Bible College.

Objectives:
1.) Identify problems of practice
2.) Solve problems of practice through community-collaboration
3.) Evaluate Faculty Learning Communities for professional development contexts
